Dakota Benca- Middle
Dakota is a high school senior and student in A level Media Studies. She enjoys rice and beans, playing with her cat, Groot, and every animal in the whole world. Dakota will major in Psychology at Florida International University. She has created the magazine Tree Hugger and written and directed the short film Serendipity. Dakota's acting debut is her role as Middle in Loop 1. |
Jade Benca- Little
Jade is an eighth grade student with a passion for acting. She likes cats, The Walking Dead, and eating Dakota's veggie burgers. Jade will enter high school enrolled in Chorus and American Musical Theater to continue pursing the performing arts. Jade's acting debut is her role as Little in Loop 1. |
Zoe Milenkovic- Writer, Director, Producer, Editor, Composer
Zoe is a high school senior and student in A level Media Studies. She loves all things philosophically intriguing, David Lynch productions, and Garfield comics. She has vast editing capabilities up her sleeve. With a commitment to the University of Miami, Zoe will continue to grow her skills in media and filmmaking; eventually entering the field for her career. She has written and directed the short film Maslow's Bunker and won the Short Cuts Critic's Choice Award for the film opening Love Ablaze. |
Alexa Voorhees- Writer, Director, Producer, Director of Photography, Digital Designer
Alexa is a high school senior and student in A level Media Studies. She is fond of all forms of media entertainment (i.e. books, films, television, music, theater), the paranormal, and poke bowls. She is a creative writer and filmmaker headed to Colorado Mountain College to explore what the wide world of literature and media has to offer. She has a particular interest in production. Alexa is the editor-in-chief of her school's literary magazine, Electric Ink, and has written and directed the film opening Taking Back Jamie. Loop 1 is her first short film. |
Daniel DuBoulay- Key Grip
Daniel is a high school senior and student in A level Media Studies. He loves drawing animals in space, The Shape of Water, and Cran-Grape juice. He is a talented artist and unique, creative mind on the road to art school. Daniel plans to major in animation as a pathway to a career in storyboarding. He has written and directed the film opening Jasmin and the short film To Reel In a Goldfish. |
